How long does shipping take?+
Most domestic orders leave our studio within two business days and arrive in three to five business days once the carrier has picked them up. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is scanned.
Can I return my order?+
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, subject to inspection. Opened skincare cannot be restocked for hygiene reasons. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out right away with photos so we can make it right.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?+
Many Mystique formulas are built with barrier comfort in mind—calming botanicals, steady hydration, and textures that layer gently. Skin sensitivity is personal: introduce one new product at a time, and patch test along the jaw for forty-eight hours when you are unsure. This is general care guidance, not medical advice.
Do you offer international shipping?+
Checkout is set up for U.S. domestic addresses today. If you are shopping from outside the United States, use Contact with your country and cart notes—we will confirm what is possible on a case-by-case basis or keep you on the list for future regions.
How do I know which product is right for me?+
